I have included two years of Student Perception Surveys from the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 academic year. For two years in a row, I am rated significantly higher than the school overall by my own students who interact with me on a daily basis. I am particularly rated highly in Classroom Environment, Pedagogical Effectiveness, Rigorous Expectations and Teacher-Student Relationships. We can see that in the course of a year, I grew 6% in Classroom Climate, 26% in Classroom Engagement, and 10% in Rigorous Expectations.
