I have the privilege of working at I.S. 230Q for almost four  consecutive years. My growth is evident from the shoutouts in The Arch. The Arch is emailed every Friday where information about the school and upcoming events are presented. At the end of the Arch, Principal Satyanarayana dedicates a section titled "Caught Working Hard" to shout out individuals who exhibited moments of working hard and or contributed to our school community. To the left, I have highlighted my growth from moments in the Arch from every volume from the 2021-2022 school year to the 2024-2025 school year. I have chosen one shoutout from each year to exhibit my growth in lesson planning or contribution to our community. The shoutouts range from teacher utilizing and embedding SEL and Culturally Responsive Sustainable Pedagogy (Listening with Empathy) to hosting a JESA Visit and having students take ownership to provide feedback.
